Store Policies RETURN POLICY
All hair orders are thoroughly inspected throughout the manufacturing of your order and primarily before its completion. All hair extensions are hand washed, vigorously tangle tested and air dried as part of our quality control procedures. Our primary concern is to make sure you and your customers are completely satisfied and therefore you must inspect your order(s) immediately after receiving them.
EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE Please examine the merchandise when you receive your order. Check the length, color, texture, quantity and quality according to the order requirements you submitted. Conduct your own tangle test before you install extensions on your client or send hair to another company for further manufacturing by shampooing and conditioning the hair.
The policy as outlined below concerns stock items and not any custom hair orders. Please visit our Customer Service page for details on custom hair order policies.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES All adhesives, hair care products and stock hair can be accepted as a return within 30 days after receipt of your order provided they are unused or altered and in their original packaging.
All products are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless it is an exchange.
We do not offer refunds on the original shipping charges nor do we reimburse return shipping charges.
Customers must call customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an return authorization number. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective, shipped incorrectly or damaged during transit. Product must be received into Hair Compounds warehouse prior to shipping out the exchanged item or using your account credit generated by the return.
If the product was defective we will replace the item upon receipt of defective item. If replacement product is not in stock you will be contacted to discuss other options. We will ship replacement product at our expense for defective, incorrectly shipped or damaged products.
If product was lost or damaged during transit please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with the responsible carrier. Do not dispose of any packaging materials. All matters concerning shipping will be handled and refunded based on case circumstances.

TERMS
Orders received by 2pm PST will be shipped the same day via UPS according to the service selected.
If there is an issue with stock availability or payment processing you will be contacted immediately for resolution. If we are unable to reach you the same day your order will be put on hold until such time as we are able to contact you directly.
We commonly use UPS for all domestic shipments and include insurance coverage in the cost of freight. We cannot guarantee the performance of any carrier and will not be held liable for any shipment delays or errors that are the responsibility of the carrier. The added insurance cost enables us to fully refund and replace any shipments damaged or lost. |
